American Ash Upcycled Bottle Opener

WHY: Choosing top-quality, long-lasting, made-in-the-USA products like these over more disposable foreign-made options is great economics for you, our US businesses and the planet.

Inspired by friends who like to sit in their Blue Ridge Chair Works chairs enjoying a cold bottled beverage Blue Ridge had a eureka moment – ‘Let’s create the perfect bottle opener using the great quality leftover wood from making those chairs.’ Each Blue Ridge bottle opener is made from 100% upcycled Ash hardwood, so not a single piece of wood goes unused. The best part? Our design lifts the bottle cap perfectly without bending or warping it. The cap is completely undamaged. Perfect for collectors!

Quick heads up: Plan for a 2-3 week delivery timeline; we’ll send tracking info ASAP. Supply chain issues are no fun, so let’s show support for hand-crafted, USA-made products when it counts most!

Each Blue Ridge Cap Lifter is crafted with pride in Asheville, North Carolina and features a stainless steel cap lifter plus a leather lanyard with a retail hang tag.

Durable Furniture for Active Outdoor Living

Every product from Blue Ridge Chair Works is inspired by experiences in the outdoor world. Founder and master woodworker Alan Davis first began testing his furniture prototypes during outdoor adventure expeditions just to make sure they met his standards for comfort, durability, and quality construction.

Today, their company mission is to craft American-made outdoor furniture and specialty products that are innovative and built to last. Design inspiration comes from the thoughtful understanding of people’s needs and the rigors of outdoor living in harmony with nature.

Every piece of this furniture is crafted with pride in Western North Carolina, embracing the heritage of southern Appalachian craftsmanship. The result of this special collaboration of craftspeople can be witnessed when inspecting the thoughtful details and quality of their furniture.

Blue Ridge products begin with kiln-dried American Ash hardwood and finish with protective Danish oil. Durable, colorfast polyester fabric forms the seat slings, and corrosion-resistant hardware holds the components together. All chairs and tables are tested for comfort, strength and durability. The final touch is having their logo burned into every finished chair and table as a symbol of their commitment to American made quality for your enjoyment for many years.
