Promotional & Coupon Code Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) apply to promotional offers, coupon codes/promo codes and other limited-time or special discounts (the “Promotions”)  on SustainableTravelAndLiving.com, including ones where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer and where no alternative terms and conditions apply. The Promotion Terms are applicable in addition to the Terms of Service for the SustainableTravelAndLiving.com website. Your purchase applying any current Promotions constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Promotion Terms. 

Refer to the banner at the top of the website or special pop-ups for current Promotions. Email subscribers and corporate affiliates may receive additional, hidden offers. Terms below apply to all SustainableTravelAndLiving.com offers unless otherwise stated in the abbreviated terms for that offer.

• Promotions apply to the value of the order for eligible items, excluding shipping costs and taxes, for online orders at SustainableTravelAndLiving.com. 
• Limited to in stock items at the time of purchase. 
• Not applicable for the purchase of gift cards. 
• Discount(s) applied in the shopping cart upon checkout. To apply a promo code, you must enter it in “coupon code” prior to completing the order.
• Limit one (1) discount code per purchase unless otherwise noted. Not valid on prior purchases. 
• Offers cannot be combinable with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer unless otherwise stated in the specific promo code details. 
• Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items. Certain products may be excluded from promo codes. See the specific details of the promo code for details.
• Promotion offers or codes cannot be sold, transferred or assigned; no cash value.
• Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items.
• If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling, and gift wrap charges do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount.
• If any of the products or content related to an offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to applicable refund policies.
• Sustainable Travel & Living and its third-party affiliates have the right to end or modify any promotion at any time without notice. Prices subject to change. 
• Sustainable Travel & Living reserves the right to reject orders that violate any of the restrictions listed above or represent suspicious use of Promotion.
• Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
